![]() (With the Sandgun I was able to easily produce 150 Sand Blocks from 100, that became 250, 400, and eventually I had over a full stack of sand from just using 100 Blocks initially)Ĭertain Block Guns beyond just Dirt/Mud/Snow/Stone might be considered Overpowered as you could use it to easily get an endless amount of that type of block without needing to Mine or look for the materials to make more normally. The main reason I would like them is because like the Sandgun (Which I like to call an Infinite Sand Machine) you would be able to combine "chance to not consume ammo" from many Ranged Armor Sets to make it so you can shoot out more of the block than you put in, recollect it then shoot out more blocks than before increasing the amount of blocks you have. I wouldn't mind seeing more guns like the Sandgun. I can't be the only one who's sick of spending hours filling holes one block at a time, right? It's something that would help me, at least. They would also deal damage when passing through enemies, though not excessively. Useful for filling holes rapidly (otherwise a huge pain in the behind) (pun unintended), building artificial biomes, early-game lavawalking/hellstone-mining, annoying your friends, barricading against enemies quickly etc. While we're at it, why not have guns for every major type of block, crafted with their respectively coloured gems, and tinker them all together into a big multiblock gun? That'll be fun. (Including the Sandgun.) This would also give another reason to fight the Frost Legion, which currently drops. For all their illegality, they don't have too many uses in the game right now. ![]() We could use Illegal Gun Parts in the recipe as well. It could be crafted from Dirt Rods, Antlion Mandibles (Sandgun.) or a new drop from the Snow Balla (his little twiggy hand maybe) to create dirt-, sand- or snow-specific guns. ![]() Wherever you click, blocks spew out, spinning wildly and solidifying on impact with other blocks. So hey, why not a Dirtgun or a Snowgun or even a Galoregun?)īasically it would accept blocks as ammo. (When I was done typing this, I noticed/remembered we already have a Sandgun. ![]()
